PLEASE NOTE THE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WAS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE 2015-2016 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN WHICH COVERED THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016. APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED FOR THIS PROGRAM. 

The City of Menifee is pleased to include the Neighborhood Improvement Projects Program (formerly identified as the "Earn & Learn" Program) as part of the Public Services programs/activities within its 2015-2016 Annual Action Plan.

The program is intended to provide neighborhood improvement funding for residential neighborhoods within any of the eligible target areas and within the City of Menifee proper boundaries (please see application packet for a map of eligible areas).

Eligible activities under the Neighborhood Improvement Projects Program include:

          - Community Gardens
          - Landscaping, Tree-planting and Beautification
          - Neighborhood Clean-up activities

The program is administered by the Community Services Department (CSD). Any non-profit organization and/or neighborhood group is welcome to apply to the Neighborhood Improvement Projects Program, and collaborate efforts to help improve our community.
