Welcome potential vendor! Please read through the following information carefully along with all information in the Special Event Vendor Application. We invite business vendors, non-profit organizations, craft vendors and food vendors to apply to participate in being part of various new and exciting, as well as signature events, throughout the year within the City of Menifee.
Being a vendor at a City of Menifee event provides great exposure for your business or organization and a way to connect with your local community. Which attract up to 20,000 participants throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities to participate. All City of Menifee events provide a unique experience to both business and residents and create pride for the community that we live and work in!
All vendors’ applications will be reviewed and selected at the discretion of the City of Menifee Community Services Department. Vendors will be expected to have read all documents and be required to follow them upon approval. Approval of applications is based on a variety of factors such as: relevance to event, variety, time submitted and completion of the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered and returned to the interested party for completion. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all proper permits, licenses, and insurance prior to the stated deadline in order to be considered for participation. After approval, vendors may be required to attend any meetings or training relevant to the event . Failure to obtain any of the required information and provide it to the Community Services Department will result in termination of event day privileges and review of further applications. There will be no refunds for cancellations by vendors or for failure to comply with written information.
