Notice: City User Fee Schedule Update

Effective January 1, 2023, the City of Menifee User Fee Schedule will be updated per Resolution No. 22-1229 approved by City Council on October 5, 2022. Planning Fee Schedule

Planning applications that require an environmental review are denoted with an asterisk (*) in the following tables. Environmental review fees are located in the "Environmental Review" table towards the end of this page. Flat fees cover three (3) plan checks: one review of the initial project submittal and two additional reviews for resubmittals. If more than three plan checks are needed, each additional plan check will require payment of one quarter (1/4) of the initial flat fee for the application. 

All application fees are subject to a “technology surcharge fee”. The technology surcharge fee is an additional 5.7% of each application fee that allows the City to support the costs associated with the City’s permitting system, staff time for managing the system, acquiring the system, mobile devices used for permitting, etc.
