Notice: City User Fee Schedule Update

Effective January 1, 2023, the City of Menifee User Fee Schedule will be updated per Resolution No. 22-1229 approved by City Council on October 5, 2022. Flat Fee Projects

Planning applications that require an environmental review are denoted with an asterisk (*) in the following tables. Environmental review fees are located in the "Environmental Review" table towards the end of this page. Flat fees cover three (3) plan checks: one review of the initial project submittal and two additional reviews for resubmittals. If more than three plan checks are needed, each additional plan check will require payment of one quarter (1/4) of the initial flat fee for the application.
