Will there be additional ADA parking available?
ADA parking will be available at main entrance of Wheatfield Park Lot - Located on Menifee Rd. follow signs to disabled parking. ADA parking will be on a first come first serve basis, once this parking lot is full, drivers will be directed to the public parking lots. Click Link for Map: Event and ADA Parking Map
Where can I park? Public parking is completely free and is located at the Mt. San Jacinto College Parking Lot - Entrance to parking will be located on Antelope Rd.
Where are the restrooms? Portable restrooms will be be located throughout the event area.
Will there be food? The Independence Celebration has lined up some amazing food vendors offering a diverse selection of food and refreshments during the event.

Can I BBQ in the Park? No BBQ's are allowed in the park.
Can I bring Fireworks? All fireworks are prohibited in the City of Menifee. For additional information, view the City of Menifee municipal code section 11.19.020 prohibiting fireworks in Menifee. For more information please visit: Menifee PD Fireworks Online Reporting
Can I set up a canopy/tent? Canopies and tents are not allowed for the entirety of the event.
Where are the trash receptacles? Please do your part to keep the park clean by disposing of all trash and recyclables in the trashcans located throughout the event area.
Can I bring Alcohol to the Event? The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a beer and wine garden during the event. Adults 21 and over can access the beer garden area. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere outside of the indicated area.
Can I bring food/picnic/ chairs and blankets in the park? Yes, we encourage everyone to bring either a blanket or a chair if they would like to sit and enjoy the live bands and fireworks show.
Can I bring my dog to the Fireworks Show? Bringing dogs to the Fireworks show is not permitted, because the sound of the fireworks can scare the dogs. Service Animals will be allowed.
Spectator Safety during Fireworks Show Keep your seats - All street lights will be turned off just prior to the start of the show. To ensure the safety of all spectators, please be seated no later than 8:55 p.m. and remain seated until the show is over and the street lights have been turned on.
