The City of Menifee welcomes the community to attend its grand opening of the City’s latest family-friendly park, Sunset Park, located at 29944 Forester Cir. The official opening event kicks off on Saturday, April 9 at 10 a.m.

Located on the west side of Menifee, Sunset Park features a well-shaded tot-lot with other park amenities including a merry-go-round, benches for parents to relax as their children play, grassy fields, a picnic shelter, planted foliage and trees, and lighted pathways. With three acres of grassy fields, this sunny park is an ideal spot for a pick-up soccer game or a quick round of frisbee.

Hosted by the City’s Healthy Menifee and Rec N’ Trek teams, the grand opening celebration will include healthy activities, games, and other free family-friendly fun including a ribbon-cutting ceremony to kick off the festivities.

Driving Directions: Traveling westbound on Newport Road, turn right on Goetz Road, then turn left on Audie Murphy Road and continue straight to Sunset Park.
