The City of Menifee is excited to announce that phase 1 of the Murrieta Road Resurfacing Project has begun.
The construction includes the removal & replacement of existing asphalt on Murrieta Road from Camino del Sol Norte to McCall Road. The project will take place over a period of approximately 3 weeks, with work taking place between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The City apologizes to the community for any inconvenience during this time, as lane closures will be possible beginning the week of November 2 and lasting through November 13. At least one lane will remain open in each direction to minimize impacts on the community.
In addition, our contractors will make every effort to keep driveways to all residences and businesses open at all times, but there may be a time when the driveway may be temporarily inaccessible and they are working to minimize any inconvenience to local business. Emergency vehicles and all other services will have access throughout the duration of the project.
